Subway has a new pick, and it’s Pepsi. After a 15-year run with Coca-Cola, Subway is switching to PepsiCo as its beverage supplier in the U.S. This 10-year deal, starting in 2025, means you’ll soon see Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Gatorade on the menu alongside your favorite sub. You can also expect the most common PepsiCo beverages like Starry, Tropicana, Lipton, and Aquafina.

This partnership doesn’t just mean new drinks. Subway extended its deal with Frito-Lay snacks until 2030, and franchises will have more Gatorade flavors to choose from. Overall, Subway says this move reflects their focus on tastier food and a happier customer experience, with drinks that better match what people want.
