The Force will be with Ahsoka once again, as Hayden Christensen is set to reprise his role as Anakin Skywalker in Season 2.

The news broke late Friday at Star Wars Celebration in Tokyo, where Christensen joined “Ahsoka” star Rosario Dawson, creator Dave Filoni, and executive producer Jon Favreau on stage to announce his return.

Christensen, who famously played Anakin in “Attack of the Clones” and “Revenge of the Sith,” also featured in “Obi-Wan Kenobi” and Season 1 of “Ahsoka.”

Notably, during the celebration, Dave Filoni addressed Anakin’s continued story, assuring fans that his inclusion in “Ahsoka” will remain true to George Lucas’s original vision for the character established in the films and “The Clone Wars,” emphasizing that the focus remains on Ahsoka’s journey.
