On Monday, Apple released iOS 18.4, its latest update featuring new emojis, Apple Intelligence capabilities, and more. The update includes eight new emojis and introduces an initial set of Apple Intelligence features on Apple Vision Pro in English, developed by Apple.
Apple’s news release stated, “Starting today, with the availability of iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4, Apple Intelligence features are now available in many new languages.” The release also highlights that “iPhone and iPad users in the EU have access to Apple Intelligence features for the first time”.
According to Apple’s support website, the update also brings recipe integration to Apple News+ and enhanced tools for organizing and filtering photo libraries.

Apple’s iOS 18.4 update has brought eight new emojis to your devices: a face with bags under its eyes, fingerprint, splatter, harp, Flag of Sark, root vegetable, shovel, and leafless tree.
I can definitely see myself using the “a face with bags under its eyes” emoji a lot.
Interestingly, the emoji release was followed by online rumors suggesting Apple would soon introduce emojis inspired by popular female musicians like Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Ariana Grande. However, these claims have since been debunked by Sportskeeda.
