Well, the saga continues with 50 Cent and Ja Rule. Recently, 50 Cent posted a clip on Instagram of Ja Rule during a performance on Wednesday night at the 2023 BMI R&B / Hip-Hop Awards.
50 Cent, also known as Curtis Jackson, took the opportunity to critique a recent performance by Ja Rule and said this:
“👀look at this s**t head, is he supposed to be Jesus. 😆 WTF you can’t make this shit up. LOL so stupid !”
Of course, it wasn’t long before other comments flooded in the comments area.
There were some comments urging peace between the two rappers, adding that the feud has gone on long enough:
With the performance appearing to depict Ja Rule as Jesus Christ, the clip did not go so well with some people commenting:
The two Brooklyn rappers’ have been in a longstanding personal and public beef spanning back to the 90s. Given this last back and forth, this does feel like an opportunity for the two rappers to meet in the middle and put an end to this longtime feud. Possibly for a charity cause or something greater. This would undoubtedly be great for the culture and an end to possibly the most interesting beef in music. Until then, the saga continues.
