Fortnite is well-known for its real-world crossovers, and the latest addition is the Tesla Cybertruck, which arrived in the game on Tuesday.
Epic Games hinted at this collaboration on Sunday with an image showing a tire tread and part of the Cybertruck logo. On Monday, the studio released a brief trailer featuring Fishstick successfully towing other in-game vehicles with the Cybertruck.
Currently, there isn’t much information about whether the Cybertruck addition includes more than just the vehicle. Renowned leaker iFireMonkey mentioned that a Cybertruck bundle is coming to Fortnite, which will include two outfits and some accessories. We’ll have to wait and see what the full release entails.
The Cybertruck might not seem like the ideal vehicle for Fortnite, where battles often involve fantastical weapons and vehicles in a fight to be the last one standing. Fortunately for Tesla, Fortnite is all about fun and fantasy, not real-world practicality.
