Jimmy Kimmel didn’t hold back after Elon Musk’s post on X, calling him an “insufferable nonsense propaganda puppet.” Musk’s post came after Kimmel grew emotional discussing Donald Trump’s election victory.

Kimmel mocked Musk, saying, “The guy who paid people to vote for Trump calls me a propaganda puppet. Listen, Kermit, you bought Twitter—an actual propaganda machine.” Kimmel argued Musk’s insult better describes Musk himself, quipping, “If I tried for weeks, I couldn’t come up with a better description of Elon Musk than ‘insufferable nonsense propaganda puppet.’”

He went on to show Musk’s recent X posts where Musk labeled outlets like The New York Times and The Washington Post as propaganda. “Good one, Broseph,” Kimmel joked. “To Elon, everything’s propaganda.”

The segment ended with Kimmel revealing a “new show” called Insufferable Nonsense Propaganda Puppet, featuring Kimmel as a puppet—a joke he said Musk had now “ruined.”

The previous night, Kimmel had shared his reactions to Trump’s win, calling it a “terrible night” for women, immigrants, science, free speech, and justice. He added, “It was a bad night for everyone who voted for him, even if they don’t realize it yet.”
