Apple unveiled its new iPhone app, “Apple Sports” today. This all-in-one platform lets users access scores, team statistics, betting odds, and more for major sports leagues. At launch, the app covers the NBA, NHL, NCAA, Premier League, MLS (for which Apple holds exclusive streaming rights), and several other leagues.
Apple’s commitment to live sports continues with the launch of the “Apple Sports” app. This iPhone app follows their MLS Season Pass launch last year and Friday Night Baseball broadcasts since 2022. Apple Sports will be a central hub for scores, stats, and betting odds, seamlessly integrating with supported streaming services like Apple TV+ for live game viewing.
While the app doesn’t handle betting, users can disable betting odds if desired. The app also supports Bundesliga, LaLiga, Liga MX, Ligue 1, and Serie A, with additional services like MLB, NFL, NCAAF, NWSL, and WNBA arriving for their respective seasons. Per Apple,
Apple Sports is available to download today in the U.S., the U.K., and Canada, with support for English, French, and Spanish where available.
